A law firm may commence using Disclosure Ready on a Full or 30-day Trial Subscription. At the end of a Trial Subscription, a firm may move to either a Full Subscription or a Limited Subscription.
If a firm on a Trial Subscription creates dummy or empty matters, when moved to a Limited Subscription those matters may be disabled
A firm may have only one Trial Subscription in a 24-month period.
A Limited Subscription permits the creation of matters, but document uploading is disabled until the matter is associated with another subscribed party.
A Limited Subscription does not include the Administration Module. The Administration Module allows for the central administration of matters, including the assigning of a matter to a colleague, deactivating users, and reassigning a matter is a user departs from the firm.
Legal Ready may end a Limited Subscription if there are no active matters.
Users can each process up to 500 bank or credit statements per month. Usage is calculated on a firm basis e.g. if the firm has 3 paying users, it can interrogate up to 1500 statements across the 3 users. Usage caps cannot be carried over to the next month. For every statement above the cap, the charge will be 5c per statement, charged monthly in arrears.
